Location: 568 Broadway 10th Floor, NY, NY4 days onsite starting off, then can flex down to 2Duration: 6 months - 11/1/2026 target start dateSchedule: M-F: 8-5Key Responsibilities:Weekly:Match bank transactionsTrack tax payment outflowsReview Ramp credit card transactions and reach out to business owners as necessaryReview prepaid expensesReview OPEX expensesPayroll account reviewMonthly:Reconcile bank accountsReconcile credit card accountsRecord journal entries for interest and credit card rebatesRecord month-end journal entries: legal, OPEX, fixed asset depreciation, prepaid amortization, and payrollReconcile operating GL accountsAssist with month-end variance commentary
What we're looking for:3+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accountingBachelor’s degree xzbcwsv in Accounting or FinanceHands-on experience with month-end close, accruals, and account reconciliationsStrong analytical skills: ability to dig into data, spot trends and anomalies, and perform root cause analysisAbility to partner cross-functionally to obtain necessary informationSystems: Netsuite preferred, Coupa and Ramp are a plus
