The ideal candidate will be able to interpret drawings and project scopes, develop quantities and costs, and understand construction means, methods, labor, materials, and other cost drivers.Key Skills & Requirements:Hands-on construction estimating experience – REQUIREDExperience developing cost estimates for complex construction projectsAbility to read and interpret civil or electrical drawingsExperience developing quantities, labor, material, equipment, and project costsStrong understanding of construction xzbcwsv means and methodsExperience with estimating software such as HeavyBid or comparable platformsAbility to interpret preliminary drawings, sketches, and project scopesUnderstanding of construction trades and terminologyExperience with civil, electrical, industrial, infrastructure, or utility estimatingStrong analytical and communication skills
