GTM Operations & Strategy Specialist

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist to support GTM Operations through Jira dashboard management, ticket hygiene, and operational reporting. You will maintain dashboards, filters, queues, and reporting views that provide visibility into request volume, ownership, aging, priorities, blockers, and delivery progress.

This Islamabad-based hybrid role aligns with U.S. Eastern Time hours, with at least 3 days of in-office presence required each week.
