Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator/Executive to support our US Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and have prior experience supporting US-based employees and consultants within the IT services, technology consulting, or staffing industry. Candidates must be comfortable working US business hours.
This position will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, benefits administration, timesheets, compliance, and employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees and consultants.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding documents, personnel files, and separation documentation.
- Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee and consultant information in HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and workforce management systems.
- Assist US employees and consultants with questions regarding benefits, timesheets, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support US benefits enrollment, employee changes, and related documentation.
- Track start dates, client assignments, work authorization documents, contract dates, and other employment information.
- Monitor timesheet completion and follow up regarding missing or incomplete submissions.
- Assist with performance reviews, employee communications, policy acknowledgments, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with recruiting, operations, payroll, finance, and client-facing teams in the US and India.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate management trackers.
- Handle employee records and sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide additional administrative support to the US Human Resources and Operations teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of HR administration or HR operations experience.
- Prior experience supporting US-based employees and consultants is required.
- Working knowledge of US employee onboarding, personnel documentation, benefits administration, timesheets, and HR compliance processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking, workforce management, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee matters.
- Must be willing and able to work US business hours from Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with US employment practices and HR terminology.
- Experience supporting US benefits, payroll coordination, immigration documentation, employment verification, or consultant assignments.
- Prior HR experience within the IT services, technology consulting, software, or IT staffing industry is required.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams in the United States and India.
