Chief technology officer

Future Funding is building India's next-generation retail algo platform — low-latency, and built for scale. We're looking for a CTO who doesn't just manage engineers but gets hands-on, makes hard architectural calls, and builds systems that work when markets are moving fast.

This is a ground-floor opportunity.

What You'll Own

→ End-to-end architecture of OMS, RMS, risk engine, and execution infrastructure

→ Scale the platform to 50k+ concurrent users

→ Build and lead a high-performance engineering team from scratch

→ Own infra decisions — cloud, co-location, latency optimization

→ Define protocols, coding standards, and engineering culture

Must-Have

10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3–4 years in a senior technical leadership role Deep hands-on experience building trading systems — OMS, RMS, matching engines, or risk platforms Strong command of low-latency architecture — Java, Go, or C++ in production Experience with FIX protocol, market data feeds, exchange connectivity Proven ability to scale distributed systems under real production load Comfortable making technology decisions independently and defending them

Strong Bonus

Prior experience at HFT firms, prop desks, exchanges, or SEBI-regulated brokers Exposure to AI/ML integration in risk profiling or algo strategy Experience hiring and managing engineering teams of 5–20 people
