About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Baner & Tathawade) to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling leads, interacting with customers, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Job Details:

Location: Baner & Tathawade, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days working.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and drive conversions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Experience in real estate sales and customer handling.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
