Chameleon Technologies is partnering with a fast-growing aerospace and advanced manufacturing company in Everett to find a Sr. Systems Administrator. You’d own key enterprise systems, integrations and new implementations on a small, high-impact IT team that supports everything from business operations to engineering simulation to manufacturing.What you’ll do:Administer Windows and Linux servers across physical, virtual and cloud environmentsManage Microsoft 365 and Azure (Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Support enterprise applications like ERP, MES, PLM and CAD tools, including upgrades, licensing, integrations and backupsMaintain security controls, patching, endpoint protection and complianceSupport network security: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs and cloud networkingAutomate routine work with PowerShell or other scripting toolsProvide Tier 2/3 support and handle onboarding and offboardingEvaluate and roll out new technologies and process improvementsWhat you bring:7+ years of progressive IT experience across systems administration, enterprise apps and end-user support3+ years administering Windows enterprise infrastructure (AD, Entra, Intune, M365)Virtualization and cloud experiencePowerShell or similar scriptingA generalist mindset: comfortable moving between strategic projects and hands-on troubleshootingBonus points for:CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 experienceITAR/EAR data protection, including M365 GCC HighIT experience in manufacturing, aerospace or engineeringSIEM and MDR/EDR toolsLinux administration with Bash or PythonIT project leadershipWhy this role stands out:100% company-paid medical, dental and vision for you and your dependents4 weeks of xzbcwsv vacation plus a 1-week year-end shutdown and 11 paid holidays9.5% 401(k) company contributionCompany-paid life, AD&D and short- and long-term disability insuranceCatered lunches and quarterly company eventsDetails: On-site in Everett, WA Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, green card holder, refugee or asylee) because the role involves export-controlled data Background check and E-Verify requiredInterested or know someone who’d be a great fit?
