Role Summary The role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of standardised, structured process knowledge that enables AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows across Global Delivery, within the Agentic AI Program. The role focuses on converting Agent Operating Procedures (AOPs) into consistent, reusable knowledge assets that can be integrated into Knowledge Graphs and automation platforms. The individual will work as part of a broader team, collaborating with business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure AOP knowledge is accurate, scalable, and fit for use in automation and AI-driven processes.
