Position: Associate – Academic Coordinator

Location: Marol, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Business Unit: WP International

Shift Timings:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate and execute academic programs efficiently.

✅ Manage learner onboarding, engagement, and support.

✅ Collaborate with faculty and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

✅ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Track program metrics, maintain reports, and provide operational support.

✅ Ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience throughout the program lifecycle.

We're Looking For

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✔ A proactive, detail-oriented, and learner-first mindset.
