What You'll OwnLead jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court, owning strategy from the first case assessment through verdict and post-trial motionsHandle a mix of high-stakes business disputes, including real estate litigation, business torts, officer and director liability, complex commercial cases, bankruptcy litigation, and insurance disputesBuild and run trial teams, setting the direction on discovery, depositions, experts, and motion practice so cases are ready when it countsGive clients candid, practical advice on risk and strategy so they can make smart decisions about when to fight and when to resolveGrow your client relationships and develop new ones with the support of a firm that invests in partner business development

What You BringYou're a trial lawyer first. You've tried cases to verdict in state and federal court, and your practice touches at least a few of the areas above. You bring a portable book of business with clients who will follow you and room to keep growing it. Size matters less than fit and trajectory. Miami-based attorneys, or those interested in working from Miami, are preferred.
Florida Bar admission is preferred, but if you're licensed elsewhere and ready to make the move, the firm will fully support you through preparing for and passing the Florida Bar exam. Spanish is a plus.
