You’ll help recruit the technical and software talent driving the future of electric mobility, digital products, and industry-leading experiences for electric vehicle customers. You’ll support a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and data-driven organization working in an agile, fast-moving environment to help pioneer the future of electric vehicles. This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based in, Long Beach, CA or Palo Alto, CA, with REMOTE work options. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting , from Hiring Manager intake through offer and close. Recruit and source software, engineering, digital, and technical talent in highly competitive markets. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, networking, referrals, and sourcing tools. Conduct candidate screens and provide Hiring Managers with high-quality, calibrated talent. Partner closely with Hiring Managers as a trusted talent advisor , providing market insights and recruiting recommendations. Manage multiple searches and pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS data and providing data-driven updates to stakeholders. Own the candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
