What You’ll Do:General Sales Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for sales representatives and merchants, responding to inquiries throughout the sales process.Sales Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to sales representatives on company products, sales processes, applications, and onboarding procedures.Sales Lifecycle Management: Support the sales lifecycle from initial application through merchant onboarding to installation. Quality control checks will be performed by the coordinator.Document Support: Assist sales representatives in navigating application requirements, completing necessary documents, resolving approval delays, and coordinating with internal departments.Account Monitoring & Retention: Monitor new and existing merchant accounts, identify potential issues, and coordinate proactive solutions to improve activation and retention.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, track sales activity, manage support requests, and prepare operational reports using company CRM and internal systems. xzbcwsv Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Support to prevent roadblocks, improve internal processes, and deliver a positive experience for sales representatives and merchants.
