WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Plan & execute high-performing Meta & Google ad strategies Drive revenue, leads & profitable growth Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention) Work closely with social media to align messaging & funnel flow Optimize campaigns based on data & performance signals Analyze numbers daily & improve cost efficiency Identify scaling opportunities & new growth channels Provide strategic input on pricing, offers & positioning

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

Expert in Meta Ads & Google Ads Experience with both D2 C & B2 B campaigns Proven execution of sales & lead generation funnels Strong understanding of audience behavior & targeting Deep knowledge of funnel psychology & buyer journeys Data-driven decision making & performance optimization Strong communication & reporting skills

FUNNEL & MARKET INTELLIGENCE (MANDATORY)

You must be able to:

Understand the full customer journey from first click to purchase Identify drop-offs & optimize conversion paths Advise on offers, pricing & positioning for better performance Align ad strategy with landing pages & website flow Recommend website improvements for conversion optimization Collaborate with retention & CRM flows to improve LTV

STRATEGIC THINKING REQUIRED

Understand e-commerce economics & CAC vs LTV Identify scalable growth opportunities Advise beyond ads: funnel, UX, retention & conversion
