Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients in the U.S. healthcare and medical billing sector


• Promote RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and related medical billing services


• Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships


• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction


• Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.


• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (near-native or native level)


• Proven experience in medical billing, healthcare sales, or business development


• Strong negotiation, closing, and organizational skills


• Ability to work U.S. business hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)


• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
