Cristo Homes, a locally owned and rapidly growing homebuilder, is looking for a driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about helping people find their dream home and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment—you’ll love working with us.What You'll Do:Greet walk-in visitors, follow up with online leads, and build strong relationships with buyers.Guide customers through home site selection, floorplan options, and the entire sales process.Demonstrate model homes and ensure they are clean, welcoming, and always “show ready.”Use our easy-to-learn CRM and sales tools to manage buyers from lead to close.Work closely with construction, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer satisfaction.Participate in sales meetings, community events, and agent outreach.
