Technology project coordinator

This role manages partnership agreements and documentation, tracks partnership status and program compliance, follows up with prospective vendors, and coordinates between partners, Legal, and internal teams, so the Senior Partnerships Manager can focus on strategic partner development and commercial alignment

Manage the full lifecycle of NDAs and partnership agreements, coordinating with vendors and the Legal team from initiation through review, signature and archiving. Build and maintain a centralized repository for all partnership documents, including agreements, certificates, partner program terms and vendor correspondence. Track agreement expiry and renewal dates and flag required actions in advance. Maintain an up-to-date partnership status tracker covering partner tier, program requirements, certifications and compliance obligations for each vendor. Administer vendor partner portals, including company profile updates, user access and program content. Monitor partner program requirements and flag any risk to partner status or tier benefits. Follow up with prospective vendors AIGC is interested in partnering with and maintain a pipeline view of partnerships under discussion. Coordinate onboarding of new technology partners, including registration, portal access and initial documentation. Maintain partner databases, contacts, certifications and alliance documentation. Conduct regular reviews with the technical team to track certification progress, enablement requirements and technical commitments for each partnership. Coordinate meetings, workshops and regular engagement sessions with partners, including minutes and action tracking. Manage partnership timelines and cross-functional deliverables, following up on action items to ensure timely completion of partner-related activities. Track partnership KPIs and prepare periodic partnership status reports and management summaries. Handle routine vendor correspondence and first-line operational requests, escalating commercial or strategic matters to the Senior Partnerships Manager. Ensure effective communication between partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in partner operations, alliance coordination, contract administration, vendor management support or a similar role Experience in the IT, Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation or System Integration industry is preferred. Experience drafting or administering contracts and familiarity with legal documentation such as NDAs and partnership agreements Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail. Strong follow-up discipline across internal teams and external vendors. Analytical skills for interpreting partnership data and preparing reports. Strong documentation and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Share Point or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus. Familiarity with technology partner programs and industry trends in AI and cloud is an advantage.
