We’re partnering with a fast-growing business in Miami that is looking for an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team.No previous sales experience is required. This is all about your personality, attitude and potential. If you’re confident, ambitious, good with people and motivated to build a successful career, they’ll give you the training and support to get there.
From day one, you’ll receive full training, regular coaching and hands-on support to help you learn how to sell, communicate with senior decision-makers and build valuable commercial skills.

What Will You Be Doing?As an Entry-Level BDR, your job is to help the business find and connect with new potential customers.
You’ll learn how to:Reach out to potential clients through phone, email and LinkedInHave confident conversations with business owners and decision-makersBuild relationships and understand potential customer needsIdentify new business opportunitiesBook meetings for the wider sales teamManage your own pipelineDevelop your confidence, communication and sales skillsWork towards individual and team targets
