About Resident: Resident is an asset-light experiential platform that creates world-class experiences for enterprise clients. After producing 4,000+ events and more than QUADRUPLING our business since 2021, we have demonstrated value for all three of our key stakeholders: event clients, venue partners, and the talented vendors and hospitality professionals that are responsible for executing our experiences. We offer clients the opportunity to host small to large format (10-1,000 person) experiences within our portfolio of properties, and have created a systemized project management process that saves clients time by removing the often-frustrating, manual processes of project management coordination from their plates. Many of our events are focused on creating elevated culinary experiences. We have a roster of chefs that hail from the world’s best restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Noma, Per Se, and Atomix. They choose to work with us because, unlike their day jobs, we give them creative control to design and execute whatever menu they choose (within loose guidelines). By cooking in an open kitchen and personally introducing each course, the chef has a unique opportunity to network with guests, gain personal exposure and build their brand.
