We're hiring: Email Marketing and Cold Outreach Specialist at Classic Programmers

We're looking for someone who knows how to land in the inbox and get replies. If you love turning cold lists into real conversations, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do

• Build and run cold email campaigns targeting potential clients
• Write sharp, personalized sequences and follow-ups that get responses
• Manage email newsletters and nurture campaigns
• Handle list building, email warm-up, deliverability, and domain health
• Track open, reply, and conversion rates, and keep improving them

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with cold outreach and email marketing tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp or similar)
• Excellent English writing and persuasion skills
• Understanding of deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and spam best practices
• Experience in B2B or IT services lead generation is a plus
