Strictly Goa Resident Background preference is in Print, Radio, or Activation Sales. FMCG , Telecom and Manufacturing can be considered. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience is required.

To lead the Goa sub-office with a team size of 5 and drive revenue growth by delivering print-led and 360° integrated marketing solutions, while building a strong pipeline, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring consistent target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual AOP targets Ensure strong pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal closures Client & Market Development Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts Identify new sectors and unlock revenue opportunities Activation Develop new on-ground activation ideas tailored to the Goa market Launch innovative properties to enhance revenue streams Team Leadership Lead and mentor the team to drive performance and accountability Build a strong, result-oriented sales culture Operations & Collections Ensure seamless campaign execution through cross-functional coordination Maintain control on receivables and improve collection efficiency
