Job Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Yield Standards Implementation & Governance: Lead implementation and governance of yield standards in North America, aligned to global metric definitions and reporting standards.
• Yield Performance Management: Monitor yield performance, support performance routines, and drive follow-through on gaps and loss opportunities.
• KHMS Coaching & Adoption: Own KHMS adoption across one manufacturing Pod, coaching plant managers and plant staff on routines, behaviors, and execution discipline to improve KPI performance.
• Capability Building & Problem Solving: Support problem solving, capability building, and sharing of best practices across their Pod.
• Digital Tool Adoption: Partner with digital and cross-functional teams to strengthen tool adoption and performance visibility.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree required
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience required, preferably in high-speed CPG manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience in KHMS, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement required
• Strong understanding of KPI management, yield improvement, and performance routines
• Proven ability to coach leaders and frontline teams and drive execution through influence
• Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate standards into practical plant-level execution

New Hire Base Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $151,000.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
