Job Title: Company Secretary (CS)(Immediate Joiner) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2 Years Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to handle all corporate compliance and governance matters at a global level. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements across different geographies and maintains high standards of corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across various countries where the company operates. • Manage and maintain corporate records, board meeting minutes, and resolutions. • Provide guidance on corporate governance best practices and ensure their implementation. • Coordinate and manage Board of Directors’ meetings, Annual General Meetings, and related documentation. • Support global compliance audits and follow up on action items. • Keep track of changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices related to company secretarial functions. • Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure corporate compliance. • Maintain statutory registers and ensure all corporate filings are done accurately and on time. • Advise management on corporate legal matters and implications of new regulations • Coordinate with consultants in each country to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. • Create and maintain a comprehensive compliance checklist covering all countries of operation. • Build and regularly update a centralized compliance database. • Maintain country-wise and compliance-wise data for easy reference, reporting, and tracking. Qualification: • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory • 2 Years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a global organization
