Mashreq Bank PSC seeks a senior compliance professional to support the Head of CIBG Compliance and Squad Lead in day-to-day KYC and name screening referrals, ensuring UAE regulatory alignment and robust controls.

You will coordinate with Compliance Assurance Unit and Internal Audit, provide coaching to officers, and help maintain SLAs, SOPs, and risk reporting. Strong English and banking compliance experience are essential.
