Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Hedge Fund – up to $90k base + Bonus

Working within a team of established HR professionals, we are looking for a newly created hire to support US talent acquisition. Core to the role is to handle recruitment coordination / scheduling at high-volume, but also the screening of CV’s / screening calls for a specific area of the London business. The hire will also be tasked with creating solutions to process issues / automating existing processes – an individual keen to learn advanced tech / utilise AI tools for automation would do particularly well in this role.
Progression paths can be varied, with options to move towards a managerial role as the team expands, into a pure ‘recruitment’ role, into HR operations etc.
Candidates must have strong academics. We are targeting candidates with 1-3yrs experience in a recruitment, talent support, executive assistant, or broad administrative role, ideally in a hedge fund, investment bank or private equity firm, however high-volume fintechs or blue-chips firms would also be considered.
The role can pay a $60-90k base salary depending on experience level / relevance to the role. High performers in the HR team earn large % bonuses in addition to this. xzbcwsv Furthermore, all breakfast/lunch, gym membership and industry qualifications are fully subsidised.
