Key Responsibilities
Support real estate capital markets activities and investment transactions.Assist with financial analysis, underwriting, and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.Contribute to transaction execution and support the preparation of investment materials and presentations.Analyze real estate investment and financing structures to support capital markets decisions.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process.Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
Candidate Requirements
