Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex illnesses. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions focused on maximizing independence in activities of daily living. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, speech therapists, and case managers, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning in an interdisciplinary, mission-driven environment.
