Always Best Care | Kimura Home Health LLC in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Clinical Director (RN) to lead clinical operations for a Medicare-certified agency. You will own quality, compliance, and clinical staff performance, reporting to the Administrator.

You will supervise nurses, therapists, HHAs, and MSWs; review plans of care, ensure coding integrity, and drive QAPI initiatives while coordinating with payers and referrals. A Hawaii RN license is required.
