Our client, an established and growing industrial construction and engineering firm, is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects at industrial and energy facilities. This is a high-visibility role with ownership of projects from planning through closeout, and a clear path to senior project leadership.
What You’ll DoOwn project delivery against scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff through closeoutReview specifications and build project budgets, schedules, and cost estimatesPrepare and present scopes of work, estimates, drawings, and schedules for clientsDirect subcontractors and self-perform crews, balancing resources across multiple teamsPlan procurement and material, equipment, and tool deliveries in coordination with purchasingTrack project progress and costs, and adjust plans to keep work on targetServe as the main client contact, resolving issues and negotiating change ordersDeliver weekly and monthly status reports, including labor trackingFlag risks early to leadership and drive solutionsWork alongside engineering, contracts, and accounting teams to hit project milestonesOversee project billing, payments, and cost verificationEvaluate warranty claims and determine scope and coverageMaintain quality, schedule, and safety standards on every project
What xzbcwsv You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business3-5+ years of construction project management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Project (required)Industrial construction experience preferredAutoCAD experience a plusAbility to read P&IDs and engineering drawingsValid driver’s license with no restrictionsWillingness to travel up to 25% - local jobsites
