Job DescriptionThis position offers a blend of general accounting, financial reporting, and project cost management, along with opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on accounting and is eager to take on additional responsibilities while developing their career.

Your ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliationsMaintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities and projectsMonitor project costs, budgets, and financial performancePrepare financial reports and analyze budget variancesSupport AP, AR, payroll, and cash management activitiesAssist with cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and financing requestsIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through technology and automation
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredExperience in general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reportingUnderstanding of GAAP and financial statementsConstruction, real estate, or job-cost accounting experience preferredStrong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting softwareInterest in process improvement, technology, and automationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
