Job Title: Test Program Manager / QE Transformation LeadKey ResponsibilitiesLead discovery workshops with business, IT, and delivery stakeholders.Assess current testing processes, organizational structure, tools, service catalog, workloads, SLAs, and governance.Define the future-state testing operating model, organization, and roadmap.Identify capability gaps across:Required Experience12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing.5+ years of experience leading large testing programs.Proven experience in discovery, due diligence, transition, and managed services engagements.Experience building or managing a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).Strong experience in workforce planning, hiring, and vendor management.Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Preferred ExperienceHealthcare Payer domain expertise.Managed Services transition experience. xzbcwsv Large-scale discovery and due diligence programs.
