Funded by APAX Partners, Premji Invest- Azim Premji's Investment arm and New Quest, i D Fresh manufactures 1,00,000+ kg of idly/dosa batter every day and delivers it to over 50,000+ retail outlets. i D's extensive natural and healthy product range includes Idly and Dosa Batter, Rice Rava Idly Batter, Malabar Parota, Wheat Lachha Paratha, Homestyle Paratha, Wheat Chapati, Spices, variants of chutneys, Soft & Creamy Paneer, Creamy Thick Curd, 'Squeeze and Fry' Vada Batter, and customized blends of Instant Filter Coffee Liquid and Coffee Powder. 'Squeeze and Fry' Vada Batter, South Indian Filter Coffee decoction, Ragi Idly/Dosa batter, Natural Paneer and Malabar Parota among others. Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Head to lead and strengthen compliance across i D Fresh's manufacturing plants, sales operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The role will ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, food safety, and commercial compliance requirements while building a strong culture of governance and accountability.

Role Name: Head of Compliance
Reporting to: Group CFO

Key Responsibilities:

Lead f actory, food safety, and statutory compliance across all manufacturing locations.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Factory Act, labour laws, legal metrology, and other applicable regulations.
Drive s ales and commercial compliance across GT, MT, B2 B, and Quick Commerce channels.
Manage s tatutory licenses, registrations, certifications, and regulatory renewals.
Conduct compliance audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Develop and implement c ompliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organization-wide compliance.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Partner with Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Legal teams on compliance matters.
Build a culture of compliance through training, awareness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Law, Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration , or a related field.
Professional certifications in Compliance, Food Safety, or Risk Management are preferred.
15–18 years of experience in c ompliance, regulatory affairs, or governance within FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods.
Strong experience in both factory and sales/commercial compliance is preferrable.
Experience managing multi-location operations is preferred.
