Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Learning

• Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.
• Utilize modern pedagogical techniques (e.g., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education.
• Develop course syllabi, curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs.
• Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

2. Research and Scholarly Activity

• Conduct high-quality, independent, and collaborative research in areas relevant to management and business studies.
• Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.g., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science).
• Present research findings at national and international conferences, symposia, and academic workshops.
• Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable.

3. Student Mentorship and Guidance

• Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic trajectories, career paths, and professional development.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, summer internships, and capstone projects.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

4. Institutional Service and Administrative Duties

• Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty boards, and university-wide committees (e.g., accreditation, curriculum design, student placement, admissions).
• Contribute to institutional accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, NAAC, NBA, etc.).
• Build and maintain linkages with industry partners for guest lectures, live projects, corporate mentoring, and student placements.
