Acute Care Registered Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking an Acute Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and monitor complex, rapidly changing conditions. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to safety and infection-prevention protocols. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and team members, support quality improvement initiatives, and participate in ongoing professional development within our patient-first, compassionate culture.
