What You'll Do :

1 Drive end-to-end sales closures for commercial office spaces and retail properties.

2 Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to convert qualified leads.

3 Build strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and Channel Partners.

4 Ensure timely deal closures while maintaining CRM updates and achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For :

1 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, preferably in office spaces and retail properties.

2 Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of high-value commercial transactions.

3 Experience working with developers, corporate clients, investors, and Channel Partners.

4 Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
