Sales & Marketing RepresentativeFull-Time | Entry-Level | Paid Training | In-PersonWe are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level AT&T Sales & Marketing Representative.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. In this role, you’ll represent AT&T products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.Team members receive the training, tools, and real-world experience needed to develop strong communication and sales skills while learning how to effectively introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, service options, and current promotions.
No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help new team members succeed.
ResponsibilitiesEngage face-to-face with customers within a retail environmentRepresent AT&T products and services professionallyEducate customers on available wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotionsAsk questions to understand individual customer needsRecommend appropriate AT&T products and service options based on customer needsAssist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment processBuild positive relationships with new and existing customersProvide excellent customer service throughout the sales processGenerate new customer leads and support customer acquisition effortsWork toward individual and team sales goalsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotionsParticipate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership trainingCollaborate with team members and management to support overall performance
Qualifications0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable interacting with customers face-to-faceTeam-oriented and dependableProblem-solving mindsetSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environmentInterest in developing skills in sales, marketing, and leadership
