Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaging Artwork Designer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our team in Science City, Ahmedabad .

The candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, and managing packaging artwork for various product formats. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate, print-ready artwork while following approved product information, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage packaging artwork for cartons, labels, tubes, bottles, jars, sachets, pouches, inserts, leaflets, and shippers .

• Create and modify artwork based on approved regulatory text, product specifications, and customer requirements.

• Accurately place product names, ingredients/actives, strengths, directions, warnings, batch information, barcodes, statutory information, and other required details .

• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork files for production.

• Work with dielines, bleed, margins, colour separations, resolution, and print specifications .

• Ensure artwork meets required dimensions, layout, typography, and printing standards.

• Review artwork carefully for errors before sending files for printing or production.

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, printers, and other stakeholders regarding artwork changes and approvals.

• Maintain and update artwork files and ensure the correct versions are used for production.

• Make artwork corrections and revisions based on feedback while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure all packaging artwork follows approved specifications and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Packaging Artwork / Packaging Design / Artwork Production .

• Good understanding of print-ready artwork and packaging production processes.

• Knowledge of dielines, bleed, margins, colour separation, resolution, and printing requirements .

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work with technical product information and regulatory text.

• Good understanding of packaging layouts and typography .

• Ability to manage multiple artwork versions and revisions.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with packaging formats such as:

• Cartons

• Labels

• Tubes

• Bottles

• Jars

• Sachets

• Pouches

• Inserts

• Leaflets

• Shippers

Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or Packaging industries will be an added advantage.
