Hiring: Statutory Compliance & Labour Compliance Executive

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in Statutory Compliance and Labour Compliance to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

- Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory filings.

- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.

- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for compliance matters.

- Handle labour law audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

- Monitor changes in labour legislation and ensure timely implementation.

- Support payroll compliance and employee-related statutory processes.

- Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to management.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Statutory Compliance and Labour Compliance.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and related statutory requirements.

- Experience in handling audits and statutory inspections.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance management processes.
