Eligibility

Ph. D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized university. Distinguished academic record with significant teaching, research, and administrative experience. Minimum 15 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Dean, Associate Dean, Director, or Head of Department. Strong publication record in reputed journals, experience in research funding, accreditation, curriculum development, and faculty mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the School of Liberal Education. Foster excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning. Lead curriculum design in line with NEP 2020 and global academic standards. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty while promoting academic excellence. Strengthen research culture, industry collaborations, and international partnerships. Oversee accreditation, quality assurance, budgeting, and academic governance. Enhance student success, employability, and holistic development. Build collaborations with industry, government, alumni, and academic institutions to strengthen the school's reputation.
