Leading the Auto Claims team, the full-time remote Claims Manager will manage performance and operational effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company standards while developing supervisors and promoting efficient claims resolution. Key responsibilities Manage and develop Claims Supervisors, providing direction and support for effective claims operations Monitor claims handling to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations Establish departmental goals and performance standards while modernizing operations through technology Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of insurance or insurance-related experience At least 3 years of claims management experience Bachelor's Degree with a background in insurance Strong technical claims handling skills and investigative abilities
