Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Post-Sales Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successful deployment, configuration, testing, commissioning, and ongoing technical support of networking solutions after sales completion. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, customer handling skills, and hands-on experience with network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform network deployment, installation, and configuration of networking devices and solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless devices, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct post-deployment testing, validation, and commissioning to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers after solution deployment.
• Conduct customer training sessions on deployed solutions and technologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and configuration records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in network deployment and device configuration.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLAN, IP addressing, and network security.
• Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and performing fault diagnosis.
• Good knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer support activities.
