Surgical Technologist (CST)

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our collaborative operating room team. In this role, you will prepare ORs, establish and maintain a sterile field, and assist surgeons by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment during a wide range of surgical procedures. You will support patient safety through accurate counts, adherence to infection control standards, and vigilant monitoring of the sterile environment.
