Hiring: Solar Sales Consultant

Stryde Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Solar Consultant to join our growing team.
Location
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred.
Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Electrical industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct customer onsite meetings follow up with residential solar leads.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
* Conduct site visits and explain solar system configurations, savings and benefits
* Negotiate and close sales
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
* Maintain accurate lead and sales records
* Achieve monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of sales experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Basic understanding of MS Office / Google Sheets
* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
* Candidates from Coimbatore / Tiruppur / Pollachi preferred
