Fashion operations & customer executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Operations & Customer Experience Executive to manage day-to-day operations, order processing, warehouse coordination, product authentication support, quality checks, and customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across Whats App and other communication channels.
Assist customers throughout the purchase journey.
Share product images, videos, and details with prospective buyers.
Handle shipping coordination, pre-label instructions, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
Verify product authenticity and maintain authentication records.
Conduct quality checks on incoming inventory.
Ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
Manage product inflow and outflow processes.
Capture product photos and videos when required.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management, or e-commerce.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Startup mindset with high ownership and accountability.
