Materials Handler Supervisor (Forklift Operator)

DutiesEvaluate, plan, and distribute work assignments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Develop performance standards, counsel employees on performance, and make formal and informal performance appraisals.Establish a good working climate to encourage employees to participate in a safe work environment while achieving management goals, and to promote efficient and economical work operations.Develop and establish internal procedures to be followed by subordinate leaders to assure effective control and direction of work activities and personnel supervised.Ensure stocked inventory is adequate for customer demands.Ensure inventories are being conducted in accordance with policies and procedures, while exercising control and accountability of supplies.
