POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting of Client network equipment and ensure connectivity to CDK Data Centers. Skills in Network (LAN/WAN/VOICE) technologies. Troubleshoots network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements, should familiar with networking concepts, practices, and procedures. Uses experience and judgment to perform a wide variety of tasks, as well as plan and accomplish goals.
