Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an Accountant with proven experience in an advertising / marketing / digital marketing agency. The candidate must be well-versed in finance and accounting practices, ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day financial operations.

We are looking for an Accountant with proven experience in an advertising / marketing / digital marketing agency. The candidate must be well-versed in finance and accounting practices, ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage TDS, GST filings, reconciliations, and returns.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, ledgers, and statements.
• Ensure proper vendor management, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
• Work on Excel for data analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assist in audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in an advertising / marketing / digital marketing agency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Excel, and agency finance workflows.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• 6 days working (Monday – Saturday).

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of agency finance processes (billing, media spends, reconciliations).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.

Pay range and compensation package

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
