Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant

Relevant Experience: 7 to 9 Years

Location: PAN INDIA

Work Mode : Hybrid

Role Summary:

Skill: SAP EWM Decentralized

Relevant Experience: 7-9 Years

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 AMS support and enhancement services for SAP EWM Decentralized landscapes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management.
• Perform configuration changes and execute approved business process enhancements.
• Support EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA, including monitoring and troubleshooting CIF, qRFC, and IDoc interfaces.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, and ABAP.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments, support processes, and ITIL guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles.

• Work independently on assigned support tickets, enhancements, and configuration activities.
• Participate in issue analysis, testing, and solution implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.
• Follow established project and support processes.
• Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP EWM Decentralized with hands-on expertise in:
• Inbound Processing
• Outbound Processing
• Putaway & Picking Strategies
• Physical Inventory
• Replenishment
• Wave Management
• Handling Unit Management
• RF Framework
• Warehouse Monitor
• Additional Requirements
• Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA.
• Experience in AMS support engagements and incident/service request management.
• Working knowledge of PPF, qRFC, CIF, and IDoc processing.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Secondary Skills

• SAP MM and SD integration knowledge.
• Exposure to TM, QM, and PP integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
• SAP EWM certification preferred.
