About the OpportunityA leading global luxury retail organization is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead procurement strategy across the Americas region. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence across multiple spend categories.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional indirect procurement strategies aligned with global objectives.Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier selection, and procurement initiatives from planning through implementation.Drive cost savings, process improvements, and value creation across the organization.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and Retail.Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, compliance, and risk management programs.Lead and develop a regional procurement team.Monitor procurement KPIs and provide reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications8+ years of indirect procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities.Experience leading sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Proven success working in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer-facing industries strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
