Community Home Health of Maryland is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. If you’re passionate about helping people live healthier, more independent lives — and you want the flexibility to manage your own schedule — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll DoProvide in-home physical therapy services to patients across your assigned territoryFollow individualized care plans, adjusting treatment as neededHelp patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain independenceWork closely with families, physicians, and other care team membersMonitor and document progress to ensure goals are being met
What You’ll NeedActive Physical Therapy license in the state of Maryland. xzbcwsv Current CPR certificationValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAt least 1 year of physical therapy experience (home health preferred)
