Digital ROI is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the strategic direction of our campaigns. This role combines creative thinking, leadership, and business strategy to deliver impactful campaigns across digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor creative talent, and ensure every campaign aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy

Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts across digital, social media, branding, and performance marketing. Translate client objectives and audience insights into compelling creative ideas. Lead brainstorming sessions and identify innovative content opportunities based on market trends. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, video editors. Provide regular feedback, support professional development, and foster a collaborative creative culture. Establish creative processes and quality standards to improve team efficiency. Quality & Collaboration Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. Collaborate with Client Success and Performance Marketing teams. Participate in client meetings and presentations when required. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Branding. Prior experience managing or mentoring creative teams. Strong understanding of social media, branding, and performance-driven creative. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Portfolio showcasing creative strategy and leadership experience.
